How exactly do you check for oil pressure? i understand i need the gauge but where exactly do you hook it up? my timing chain rattle is getting a little loud now but i also know my engine is pretty low on oil (my speedo sensor keeps popping out when i drive aggresively - and oil leaks out of it's little hole) Obviously the solution would be to fill her up with oil and remove the timing chain guides...but this is a question i've had for awhile so i might as well ask it now...thanks in advance!

You would hook it up to where the stock oil pressure sender is. Buy, borrow or DL a copy of the Factory Service Manual to find out what the specs for oil pressure are. You want to make sure you fix any problems before you end up with a useless hunk of metal under the hood.

Uh, if the speed sensor keeps falling out and is leaking, that's gear oil, not engine oil. You should get that fixed too.
