Just wondering how I would be able to check for a stuck lifter because I did a compression test and this is how it came back

#1- 150#2- 148#3- 150#4- 130

I know I thined out the oil because I flooded the car cuz I had a fuel line backwards so I thought I just had a lifter tick then found out I had lower compression on the 4th cylinder and my car would always stay at around 1500-2000 rpms after I would put the car in nuetral after driving it. I think it was a bad lifter and was making a valve stick open a little bit which is why my car idle's like crap and had the lower compression in the #4 cylinder.

Let me know what you guys think and if you know a way to check, I replaced the lifters on the #4 cylinder with my old motor I had sitting around and put them in a bath of oil to bleed them so hopefully it goes away but still wanted your guys advice.
