how to change the overhead ambient light?

I would like to change the overhead ambient light to white (instead of stock orange)can't figure out how to get into it, anyone knows? pictures or diagram would be great.

After doing leds on my M, I went after the ambient light - not an easy item to get to either. It appears to be soldered in, right around a lot of other items, so I made a pass on it. I may try it again, but it was just too cold in the garage to give it a go. The whole panel does drop down quite easily though - be carefull as there are air bag deployment wires in the unit - don't touch them guys or it will be the most expensive light bulb swap in history.
