I was examining the grille today to find out how it comes out. I have a general idea but wanted to ask before i tried it. Dont want to break anything. So how do you take the grille out. Thanks.

About 8-10 8mm (IIRC) bolts on the back side, and it just pops out. SOOOOooo easy, should take you 10 minutes to take one out and put another one in.

Thanks. I was thinking that too but i wasnt sure if it pops out or screws out. Didn't want to take a chance.

Yeah it's real simple like Kevin said, but you can do it in 5 minutes or less if you're using a cordless impact gun
