How to change plugs on VG30DE

I did a search to no avail. My car has reached the 104k mile mark, and gas mileage is slowly declining (was at 17-18 when I got it, and last week it was at 15). And I am experiencing a shimmy when excellerating from 15-20 mph. I think it is time for the spark plugs. I am going to purchase 6 plugs from our fellow NICO plug retailer (forgot his username), but is this something I can do myself? if not, anyone know usual labor cost for this?p.s. my exaust smells VERY rich

When were your plugs last changed? How about the O2 sensors? Does it ping (knock) on acceleration?

doesn't it have individual coil paks sitting on top of each plug?

I believe they are the original plugs & O2 sensor. I have owned the car since 83k miles, and I have not changed them. The previous owner followed service intervals with infiniti very well (I saw documentation), so I thought they were 100k miles spark plugs. Maybe not. That is good to hear that they are not hard to change. I have not had a chance to look closely.

I guess I need to change the plugs & O2 if not just for preventative maintanance.

p.s. It does ping on acceleration from 2300k to 3500k RPM's. And I do use 93 octane on every tank.
