i just got my 1993 S13 nissan 240sx se and i had a two questions. i reallt didnt know which forum was best suited so i chose this one. here i go

how too?........i have the s13 body style but from wut i hear, other newer model parts are interchangable. such as s14 bumpers and such. s15 is my fav body style and i was wanting to know if its possible to convert the front end to a s15 without extensive custom work? also i wanted to know that if the front end was interchangable, how much would it cost and how hard is it to do?

can i?........i know alot about cars but most of my friends and relatives cars are older model vehicles. i asked them how they keep theyre engine bay so clean and they told me they preasure wash it.......is that okay to do? i dont mean on a nissan or anything i mean at all....to any car.

your answers would be greatly appreciated thanks to all those who are willing to help

another worthless title. At 5 posts I won't harp on you too much about this, but don't let it be a habit. Searching is a very good answer to any question. If you got a question, chances are it's been asked here a million times. Search for it.

I'll be the nice one here and answer some of your questions . It is possible and a popular mod to change the front end of the s13 to an s15. It's not too hard, you just need the two front fenders, hood, lights, and bumper - and I believe they mount right up with not too much fabricating underneath. What does suck though is the parts themselves are insanely expensive. I know off the top of my head some people are asking 500-600 for the lights alone. They sell conversion kits as well. Anyway, good luck.

jeez guys why dont you cut him at the knees again.

like smokin240 said it can be expensive but it is none the less possible and has been done many times. some of nicos sponsors carry the conversion kits with everything you need. 240sxmotoring.com is one.

and yes you can pressure wash the engine bay, just use the search button and look up on it. that should help. welcome to NICO, we really are a good group with alot of information.

congrats on your new car, i just lost my 240 in an accident, do you have the fastback or the coupe. again WELCOME !
