well i just ordered a set of koni yellows for the rears, and i'm starting to regret my choice. it shows that the adjustments are pretty difficult to do. i went to the website to see how to adjust and it shows in this

http://www.koni-na.com/comp.cfm

for the 76-80 series shocks, the shocks looks nothing like ours, theres no spring perch or nothing. it seems like a pain in the *** to adjust. anyone runs them on their S14's? how do you guys adjust them, and what settings would be good? i have kyb agx front with eibach pro kit springs

also how do you think it will do with my kyb agx's up front?

thanks

Just push in the rod and turn the housing i believe. There should be an arrow pointing the way you should twist somewhere on the housing man. And you'll feel it lock, sorry if im confusing you man -Mikey

koni yellow ,..i ran these on my old accord. should be the same. Comes with a white knob that you place ontop of the shock and turn to adjust. So being a s14, you would have to remove the rear deck panel place knob on and turn. Check "ADJUSTMENT AT THE TURN OF A HAND"the pic of the yellow shock and info there, thats the knob to adjust. http://www.koni-na.com/products.cfm

I think rear koni y's will be okay with the agx's up front. The yellows are top notch in my book.If I recall they can also be adjust 2?3 levels in height. dont remember front or rear had a metal clip etc..

dont regret your strut choice, Im very happy with mine, however you will be regretting your spring choice when you realize that they do not take advantage of how good the struts are.

i predict that youll be upgrading springs in a year. like i did, from pro-kits to rsr race springs. the improvement in drop and in handling characteristics is night and day.

i just have my rears adjusted to a medium setting, youll have to fool around with them a little bit. putt the the little knob on the damper into a vice, push all the way down, and rotate to adjust.

I adjusted mine half way, BUT i heard the Eibach's were a little soft so you may want to adjust it 1 1/2 times maybe?

alright so for prokits, i would just do one full turn. i was gonna go with 540 degrees and set it in the middle setting. what would happen because i use to run my agx's on setting 6 in the rear. would that be equal to the middle settings for the koni?

and anyone have any clue on how the rate in dampening increases per click?
