The QR25DE uses electronic throttle and idle just went off a bit yesterday after I put on 89 gas from GA. Now it idles at 1,150 RPM.

How can I adjust it?

This morning the car wouldn't start immediately on cranking and after starting the idle went back to 750 rpm. That's till the afternoon. Now it's back on 1,200 rpm.

But the steering shakes with A/C on idle at 750rpm and barely vibrates at 12,000 rpm idle.

The idle, does it's stay at 1150 rpm even after the car is warm? It's a trouble regarding the power steering pressure switch. You can get the service bulletin on http://www.nissanhelp.com, it's the bulletin NTB05-073

I've tried using different grades of fuel but the idle just isn't coming down. And also the starts get tricky sometimes and won't start immediately on crank.

So I went to Autozone to go get some oil since it's been like 3,000 miles since the last time I put in Castrol GTX and Mobile 1 filter. The oil was still clean looking but I wanted change. So I got Purelator PureOne filter and Royal Purple 10w-30.

I changed the oil and the car starts immediately on crank. The idle is now 750 rpm and haven't change after a few stop and starts. The better part is that now there is little viberation to the steering wheel even with the A/C on. It has less viberation with A/C at 750 rpm than it did with A/C at 1,200 rpm!

I don't see anything radical like +30 HP etc but the engine feels really smooth in terms of engine noise and steering vibration. It also feels smooth when I let go of the gas to shift up or down.

Royal Purple ownz! Period.
