How to adjust 2003 Sentra Headlamp position?

Hello guys, Wondering where the darn vertical adjustment is for the Sentra GXE? I looked around behind the headlamp and found 1 area that seemed to be the adjustment (round plastic tube protruding from behind near the bulb), but it was protected w/ the plastic tamper proof cap - searched online, and don't know if that's for vertical or horizontal adjustment. Do I just snap it off w/ pliers and put in a screwdriver to turn?

I LUV THAT FSM!!! I was looking @ the TOTALLY wrong bolt!

I couldn't find the d/lable fsm for the sentra (since it's not my car, haha).

Thanks a million man, been looking for that adjuster for a long time, now my sis won't be highbeaming ppl at night .
