how tight shoud the control arm's nuts be tighten?

i took it off replace the ball joint so what should be the torque shoud be when lightning the bolts and is it true that it should be tighten while the tire is on the ground?thanksD

no it doesnt need to be tightened while the tire is on the ground.

as for the torque spec...beats me...i just cranked mine down untill it didn't move anymore...i know, i know me
