Spraypaint? And how would I reapply the rear nissan emblem?

remove the emblem, sand off the chrome, prime, apply an automotive (spray) paint, reapply emblems with 3M double sided tape, something like this http://webmessenger.msn.com/default.aspx?R=1

don't ask me where to get it, and I actually think and good double sided tape will do
