My GT-R was having idle problems. Reading the forums, I decided maybe it was a dirty idle air control valve. I bought a new gasket and went under the hood.

I made a lot of mistakes, including trying to do it in a parking lot at night. I left some skin here and there, and I think the air around that area is still blue.

The biggest problem was losing two of the four bolts somewhere inside the engine bay. I tried rocking the car and banging on the underbody panels but couldn't get them to come out the bottom.

Any idea how reinstalling the IACV with half the bolts will work out? Anyone got part numbers for replacements?

Running the IACV only halfway bolted worked for a week until I could get new ones. The part number for IACV bolts is 08120-63533.
