What is the measured voltage[DC] across your battery poles [engine off]?
With engine on, should be in excess of 14 volts [alternator output].
I...um...haven't checked mine yet
This way we can compare and hopefully get a little heads up if the battery is on its last legs
I have a relative who used to manufacture auto batteries. He said the most warranty claims came from Florida cuz their heat is worse for batteries than the cold!
