Just wondering how the XS Power/SSAC intercooler and piping is holding up for the people who use it?(there seems to be alot of you)I'm also curious as to which BOV you're using and how you fit in into the piping?(replaced a pipe, welded a flange in) I found a deal on Enjuku raicing's site that is a Sard BOV w/ a hot pipe and hardware, for a good price $224.99 +shipping.

I put about 10, 000 hard miles on my setup in about 8 months and no complaints what so ever. I also just welded a bung to my hot pipe and rigged a recirc port into my stock rubber turbo inlet pipe. Currently running a stock Audi TT BOV. It holds pressure with no leaks but i couldn't tell you how it sounds because my car is awaiting a new turbo at the moment, I'm having an SR T25 rebuilt.

I have used one of their universal front mounts for over 2 years now....works great.......cold side endtank, and pipe stays cool.

Had mine for over a year now and no complaints yet. I have a weld in bung and TurboXS RFL BOV reused from my previous turbo project.Fitment sucked for me too because I screwed up and bought the CA/S13 kit for my CA/S13. lolMy frind used the S14 kit on his S13 and it fit perfect.

another question, how did you guys mount yours?

mine came with these 2 tiny aluminum brackets, that I have no clue why they came with it. I'm thinkng about making some brakets outa sheet metal to holt the bottom, I haven't decided on what to do up top.

I use one, PWR bov, re welded some stuff, it is the kit for the SR, but seems it was meant for ca.

The pipe junction on the drivers side is HORRIBLE (small to large nonsense). I cut, and bunged, and used a new cuplink. I also got a new cuplink for turbo outlet to piping, but then again I am custom turbo.

I used an L bracket on the top center to the hood latch bolt and made two brackets for the bottom outer two bolts to lower radiator support.

The top of the IC is touching the bottom of my headlights pretty much.I put bolts in the out two holes on top but they serve no purpose in mounting it.

Here is a pic where I welded my BOV. It was an OK fit but not perfect. I used the top/center bolted to the hood latch and the 2 bottom mount bolted to the chassis(a bit custom).
