Mines running low. I'm tempted to change it myself but it seems like a long winded process.

You have a coolant leak?

I would change it at least every 2 years. So change it more often which is far better.

No leak, had it serviced and said that the Eth. Gly concentration is approaching minimum, said they could do it but would be loads cheaper if it was something I was comfortable doing.

I can just take it back but was contemplating doing it myself. There was a vid on youtube, looks like a lot of work though.

I did my around 50K. Elapse time, it did take a while, but I had other stuff to do around the house, so wasn't a big deal. I had to burp my about 3 times. Just follow the procedures in the FSM.

I had the dealer do it when I got new plugs and belts at 106.7k miles.
