Ok, since I've had my 91 240, I've replaced the brakes, and changed the Oil. I know your supposed to change your oil every 3 g's, but how often should I change my trans. fluid? And filters and stuff. I dont think the guy who had the car before me was very uh... taking care of it oriented, so I dont know if it's EVER been changed, so I'm guessin I should have that done? What else should I change while I'm at it??

oil filter, fuel filter, coolant flush/change, diff oil change (if you have one), air filter, spark plugs, plug wires...... umm thats all i can think of.......

ok, someone also said that my shocks or struts (I'm thinking shocks) are about beat... so does that require the purchase of new springs, or just rubber?

no, it requires the purchase of new shocks. your springs will last for the life of the car as long as there not excessively rusted or cracked.

if your struts are gone, you need new struts. press down on each corner of your car, see if it bounces.

transmission and diff oil should be flushed every 60k miles and inspect the fluid level every 15k miles.

Check your tire pressure. Rotate your tires every 7,500 miles and make sure your wheels are properly torqued.

Dude, you might as well do your fuel filter yourself, on 240's its pretty easy and the filter is cheap. Maybe 15 bucks or so and you can even put a Z32TT filter in without any modifications
