Yeah no joke, my friend had a girlfriend that was Veggie. She'd always get sick when she ate any kind of meat, and it was getting really annoying. I can see eating a vegitarian diet as a large part of your consumption but you still can't deny the fact that humans are omnivores. All these Vegitarians I know are always worked up about protein, iron, and a number of other elements that are commonly found in meat being left out of their diets and making them unhealthy. Why not just balance their diet with a small amount of meat.
I am a fat bastard because I want to kill the cow, cut off a huge peice of flesh, fry it in it's own fat (or dead corn grease ) and slap a bunch of homemade gravy on it and eat it. But damnit, that's just what I like
So to maintain an on-topic response, I'd say 1-2 times a day, but I eat very irregularly (as in not a set time every day).
