How often do I need to change my 2019 Rogue transmission fluid?

I've got a 2019 Rogue with 150K miles (I love to drive).

It so far runs well. I do oil changes every 5K and had a tune-up at 125K.

At my last oil change at my local dealer the advisor said he couldn't believe I hadn't had transmission problems since the fluid hadn't been changed.

I've seen comments on here saying that unless there are problems it should be able to go a very long time without transmission fluid service.

Since it's running well, should I have it changed now at 150K? If not, when (if ever)?

I can't believe it either, you're one lucky sombitch. Practically all of them quit someplace between 90~125K without receiving any service. Look, you can find plenty of advice from me in other threads so I won't repeat much here. Let's just say this:
1) CVT trannies never make "ATF soup" like a regular A/T, so there are zero concerns about fouling the Valve Body.
2) The CVT belt and pulleys run metal-on-metal, so the only thing keeping the two from saying hello is the quality of the fluid. Once they do say hello, your transmission is toast.
Get that old s___ out of there immediately.

I bought a 2016 with 103k on it and no record of a CVT fluid change. I did it, and the car is due for another now at 150k. My son owns the car now and will need to do it. The previous driver was a salesperson and the miles were all highway, based on the addresses in the navigation.

My 2019 will get changed every 30k miles. I bought it with 15k miles on it.
