so you DID put $6000 down? I mean, that way when it's all said and done you are still paying upward of 30k right?

I dont know if anyone knows this but costco actually has a nice little auto buying service that helped me get my A/C.

They set up an appointment at a specific dealership with a costco rep and he immediatly quoted me $200 over invoice of 20k for a 2.5 (costco pre-arranged price)

after 3 hrs of negotiating and a saleman thats almost in tears, we negotiated a 3.9% interest and ~ $315 monthly for 60 mth with 5k down (after all the taxes and title and the other bs)

I got mine for $27,500 out the door, with VDC, kickplates and the premium package. I do recommend you try financing with someone else. I got a 4.9% with another bank which at the time was lower than the lowest rate in my state (early May) not by much but it was something, so I didn't have to hassle with the dealer on financing options, I just showed up with a check and took the car home after getting the price I wanted.

Sticker price on my 2.5 cvt coupe was 23K.. i got it for 21K and the dealer bump my trade-in from 6k up to 7k (still owe 2.5K on my trade-in car).. Nissan gave me 3.9% for 60 months through NMAC and i end up buying GAP insurance just in case.. so my payment end up being $350/month

I paid $23000 out the door for 2.5s CVT and convienece package and kick plates. Bought it for a memorial day sale, though. Got like $1,500 rebate and 3.9% financing (mostly due to my good credit).

Man I feel like I paid waaay too much for my 2.5. I paid 27k for mine with premium, tech, foglights, floor mats. Then after all was said and done, I walked out paying 31K out the door, even though i put down 10k. Man I feel used and abused

Hey everyone. I'm new to the forums, mostly because I'm a new A/C owner! I just purchased my 2.5 Silver Coupe on Saturday. Not sure if I got a 'good' deal or not... so here's what I got:

2.5S CVT in Radiant SilverConvenience PackageMoonroofFloor and trunk mats (not sure why this is extra...)

The final price was $24,129... this was after knocking off about $500 from MSRP and giving me (a recent college grad who just started a programming job) a 3.9% rate for 60 months. The nice thing about the dealer I bought it from is that they gave me a lifetime powertrain warranty. It's unlimited miles and unlimited time.

Anyway, did I get a good or at least decent deal you think?

31k, including all taxes, registration, fees, and most importantly INTEREST from financing is not a bad deal. Sure it's a 2.5, but its fully loaded with tech package.

I got my 3.5 at invoice price fully loaded too,and all said and done, including taxes, fees, and interest on a 5.9% loan, I am ending up paying $35k (but I put $0 down). So I wouldn't feel too bad for your deal if it includes your interest.

Yea I've heard mixed feelings about me either paying too much or it was about right. I mainly hear I payed too much though. My interest was at 7% and I got the 100,000 mile/6 year bumper to bumper. Its my first car that I've bought myself so cut me some slack...lol I didnt know much about how to deal with the stealership. It was a good purchase though I've been driving the hell out of it. I bought it in November with 65mi. on it and already have 20,000mi now. I love it.

I consider myself a VERY good negotiator....

Jan 11, 2008 = $28,500 out the door for a 3.5SE, with EVERYTHING you can get. (financed through my insurance company for 2.9% APR for 5 years.) That was a ton of fun that day negotiating the deal. took me all of 10 minutes and they went to Tucson to get it for me and brought it back for free.... Yeah!!!!!!!!!

Sticker in the Glovebox says they wanted $33,755.00.

I'm leasing my 3.5 (premium pkg, no nav)

The lease payment was negotiated at $27,500, which is $400 above invoice.

A couple of good negotiating tactics:

They should be happy to move a v-6 at $4 gasExact same equiped Accord coupe invoices for $500 less

I bought my 2.5s in may 2007 for 27,692. It looks like I got the worst deal ever. my nightmare didn't end.. my car haven't stop giving me problems since then... I went to dealer about 74 times for many many minor things such as audio, breaks, heatshield, dashboard, rotor, etc.. I can't wait to buy a new car... I was a newb going to stealership without info. I hope that doesn't happen to anyone else

3.5 coupe with CVT Premium Package and VDC. He started off with $31K+ I Paid about $26.8

didn't even have to negotiate that much. They were desperate to make a sales today. $343 a month lease is a lil higher than I wanted to pay but my money factor was 0.00209 which seemed decent.

still haven't taken off the plastic covers on the hood but will post pix soon (next to my roomies 745LI

I'm planning to get a 2.5 cvt with convience package for $24k out the door with 6% interest. Is that a good price or did anyone else get a better deal? and interest rate?

They told me they cant go lower on the interest rate because it is a new car, is that true? i have prefect credit, bought 3 new cars.

The car also have like 400 miles on it. Test droven car. They had a 5mile car but it sold. They dealed me 24k for the 5mile car too. Regret i didnt buy the 5mile car earlier.
