how much would you pay?

ok, i have a friend who wants to buy my 240 for parts to make a custom nissan truck hybrid. he wants the motor,transmission,seats, and steering wheel and gauges, and some other stuff. he will let me keep any parts that i need for my new 240 when i get it, i just dont know how much to ask for it, so i just wanted to know hwo much yall think it is worht. thanks

is the motor in running condition,and is the transmission a 5spd

ya it is running. it si a 5 spd, with a brand new clutch and throughout bearing in the process of being installed. the motor has 2 new ( replaced within last 3/4000 miles) belts, starter, fuel filter, water pump, thermostat, , clutch slave cylinder, master brake cylinder, brake pads and recent oil change. the only probelms the motor has is it will stall sometimes when you start it cold, i dotn know why it does that.

$300-$500 would be a ballpark range. From there it all depends on the condition.
