How much would you pay?

Someone is selling this 1995 240sx, the engine was completely rebuilt, has no rust on the engine bay. How much do you guys think this is worth? Also, should I buy it?

Anywhere between $2000-3000 max if it runs amazing.

Unless you're looking for a massive headache filled project full of some other guy's hacked up mistakes, I'd avoid that like the plague...
