unless you like to deal with jacked up looking stuff then i wouldn't buy it unless its hella cheap.

To bring it back to life would be a sweet feeling after its finished but after you dump the money into it your gonna find a good deal on another zenki that doesnt need as much work and your gonna be kicking yourself for buying that one...it always works out like that

When I totaled my first s14, I sold it for 600. They still drive it around exactly how they got it, and its been over a year. It needs easily 2-3k in body work. Airbags didn't go off or anything. 2000 is extremely high for a zenki. You could get a decent,un-wrecked one for that much

Wow that is definitely not one you should buy. If you have to question it enough to ask, its probably not worth it. lowball the guy, and if he doesnt take it move on.
