How much would you pay for this 240sx?

Hello guys i'm new here and i'm looking to buy my first 240.

I found this one in my area and the guy is asking 3500 for it. It's really clean, and for the most part, mechanically sound except for a cracked radiator and bushings that need to be replaced. I took down the vin and got a carfax report and found that it was in 2 accidents. 1 of which involved a collision on the drivers side quarter panel where the car was disabled and towed. The car and original engine have 159,000 on it. He said there's a new clutch installed and it has a new exhaust system.
