I had the same idea last feb-march.
I sold a front hub/spindle for $225 shipped, and then a set of s14 and a set of z32 rear hubs for $150 shipped. It may seem that the parts will go for more, but once you actually start, you'll see that you end up selling it for a bit less than you had originally planned.
On a side note, I sold a j30 differential for $325 shipped. However, packaging a differential is a pain in the ***. If you do it right, you'll spend $25 on wood to make a pretty little box... not to mention the time and engineering it takes to build one right. Stay away from differentials
