for a digital dash and hud? Just would like to know would it work if i replaced my non digital w/ it.

It's a pretty easy swap as long as you can source the right tachometer. The 91-94 tachs run on a completely different signal than the 89-90s do. So, seeing that you have an 89 model, if you use a HUD dash from a 91-93 car (I don't think they were used in 94), be sure to use the tach you have now. If you get a HUD unit from another pignose (89-90) then it's plug and play.

How much you pay is up to you. I've seen them go on eBay for anywhere between 75-125 dollars. Personally, I wouldn't pay $125 for a used dash from an 11-15 year old car, but everyone's got their own perception of value. Anywhere between 60-80 bucks sounds OK to me, unless the seller can guarentee that the HUD is working and offer me a refund if it doesn't. In that case, I'd be more comfortable paying closer to $100 for it.
