Not sure of mileage but this is a friend who I don't think has too many miles on them.

What you guys think?

and...

you're planning on putting these coilovers on your car? Be more specific, as both companies have various models and spring rates.

Imma tell you straight out I wouldn't do it.

You should find out how many miles.

its like buying a used car, you don't want to pay for a car with 50k miles and its really 190k miles on it.

get me?

Honestly, I seriously doubt there is 10k miles on them. Secondly, if they are a mixed set, what happened to the other pairs? It just doesn't stand to reason. Now, if you just want coils, and have the loot to spend, by all means, do so.It seems to me however, that you have already made up your mind. I hope you get some good life, and many trouble free miles.p.s. Negotiate a better price.

by no means have I made up my mind, and that's why I come here before making any big purchases. I don't think the guy, my friend, would lie about the lifespan of the coils.

I will try to get some pics and check the condition of them before anything.

Just guide me in the right direction guys...

OK, well decided not to go with the coils that I was offered, he said once he got them off the car they were in pretty bad shape and I wouldn't want them, and also one of the rears was taost so back on the market for coils....

In case anyone was wondering....prob not

any pix yet?

that'll probably be a good determinate. If its the old school coilovers before they started using pre-load, don't get em.
