How much work Nissan to 350

I'm considering putting a 350 short block into my 300zx finding a decent affordable nissan motor has been hard for me can anyone give me some pointers on the transformation. Thanks

I can only wish you luck, because that will be a bit of work! Do you already have a donor vehicle, ie. Camaro or Vette?
