i was at 9psi with all stock internals and no meth. At 10-14 psi you need meth and a blockgaurd and a special headgasket. My friend has a 02 Spec V and his kit is actually on ebay right now for 4k and he dyno'd 358whp on 14psi and his kit comes with a meth kit and a custom made Intake Manifold.
