i swear my convertible sits much lower than my old fastback. i've seen other convertibles in my area, and checked out pics on the web...my car just sits low. using 195/60/15s, i've got a 2.5" wheel gap all the way around. as far as i can tell, all the suspension is bone stock. it's not really a problem, but i'm just curious as to how much wheel gap other people with stock suspensions have.

here are some pics...

That is the same gap that I have w/ my Nismo S-Tunes. Mabye springs are so worn out that they are slightly compressed?

the car has just over 130K miles on it. i seriously doubt the springs are worn.

Come on Demetrius, your car is 11 year old! Metal fatigues over time and the 240sx springs are known to sag especially on the drivers front.

Looks good though! But don't expect it to get any much lower with 'lowering springs'.

Yea, youre car either has lowering springs, tired springs, or cut springs. Mine was like a 4X4 before I lowered it. *shudders* The horror......

that's why i doubt it's fatigue. it's 2.5" all the way around. if the driver's side was lower than the passenger's then i could believe it.

hopefully this weekend i'll have time to take a good look at everything. it all looks stock, but that was only from a quick glance.

i know :( . unless i can find some seriously cheap coilovers, i'll leave it the way it is. hopefully it'll look even better sittin on 18s ;) .
