How much transmission/LSD fluid to put in '95 240sx?

I am replacing the manual transmission and lsd lubrication fluid in my '95 240sx. I know I want the Redline brand. Question is:

1.) I know for the manual transmission, I should use the MT-90, but what should I use for the LSD?

2.) Where is the best place to buy Redline products? The only source I currently have is eBay.

3.) HOW MUCH in volume do I need for the manual transmission and LSD? (The lube fluid comes in quarts.)

5 1/4 pint for MT2 1/2 to 3 pint for final drive
