how much to torque arp head studs?

Hi I have a question.I have an sr20de (non turbo ) i made it turbo low compretion with eagle rods wiseco pistons.I just bought some arp head studs ( m11 bolts ). and wanted to know how much do i need to torque them and if I need to helicoil the block .So I'll apriciate the help.thnx, John
