How much to pay for a used KA24DE?

I'm looking to pick up a 91 240, with a blown motor. The lot says the car overheated and the motor is toast. Rather than deal with tearing the motor down, and finding out what cane be reused and or replaced, I'd rather just drop a used motor into it. Just want to get a ball park figure on what a used KA24DE longblock goes for. Thanks.

200-1000 dollars depending on condition.

I will be doing a swap soon and will be selling my ka24de. I will be asking 1200 for the motor and tranny with 38k miles on them

im pretty intrested actualy what condition is it in, any probs? u do a compression test?

just outta coursotly what u replacin it w/ oh auto or stick?

The motor is in perfect condition but if you want i can get it checked out for you.

It's a 5spd.

Owe and the car has never had a single mod on it. It was owned by a doctor before me. I haven't even put 500 miles on it yet.
