k as you can tell im pretty new to the scene and there isnt a whole lot of coverage on the ka24 engines... so im not sure exactly what i should be looking at.. here is what the ad says... tell me what you guyz think i should be paying for it.. i know its not an sr but its alot cheaper (and more practical for me at the moment in my finances)

Complete 1995 ka24de motor with 115k miles on the motor. Has K&N intake with belden 8.8 wires and platinuem plugs. Other than that it is stock. Had new clutch and pressure plate put in about 600 miles ago. transmission is a 5 speed and shifts and drives great. This is a great upgrade for the early 240sx's primarily 89-94. Motor and transmission are on a create and ready to be shipped. Pictures shows motor still in car but it was pulled about 2 weeks ago for the sr20det swapMotor was used as a daily driver and was treated as such. It sits with 115,000 miles and is a very strong motor. The motor does have a front main seal leak which is easily fixed when the motor is out of the car. Main wire harness was cut behine the #4 plug, inbetween the engine and firewall. Does not come with air filter. Also comes with ECU.

i wanna know what you think my maximum price should be..

Compression test it, if it passes with good numbers, i'd say the motor is worth 500-600 bucks. Thats if you get ECU and full harness. Swapping that to a SOHC is going to give you some hassles, like the tachometer probably wont work, and i know the PS lines are different.
