how much should i pay for borla exhaust

One of my brothers friends has a used Borla exhaust for the 350z. He said it has like 3k miles on it and looks new. How much should i pay for it? Also how do you guys like the sound compared to other exhausts?

If it was up to me to offer, about 500. Most have said the sound is a little too tame at first, but with some breakin it should get more aggressive.

dont forget to install new exhaust gaskets on both cars, that will add to the price.
