this guy lives about 30 minutes from me , and I have emailed him to see if he wants to part out the car since I dont think anyone will bid.

I want the wheels off that thing (my car has aluminum) but I dont know how much to offer. Would $50 for all four be too low? rude?

I also hope to snatch the bose speakers out of it. Do you advise this, considering that the poor q is in such bad shape and I probably wont be able to test them there ?

Pretty risky. Being the fact that the ad had me laughing for a while. Chances are the Speakers weren't taken care of, the head unit is gone, eventhe button on the shift knob is gone.

Save your money for some wheels that are round! These can't be worth buying.

I think 50 is too low, especially if the wheels turn out to be in good shape on inspection.

Also depends on the exact brand of the wheels. They dont look bad.

(Hmm maybe as a parts car)

Fred...:)

he said he was going to wait for the auction to end. If it does not sell, he will sell me the wheels.

He thought they were worth $500. I emailed him back saying I thought they were worth $500 -$400. I offered $100. I'll see what happens.

He sent me two pictures that I will attach.

I have decided I am not interested in the wheels.

I dont think it would be chain guides. They had the car repainted for some reason and the leather is pretty bad inside.

Good call. Esp due to the repaint... Yuk.

I sold my 95 Q45t BBS rims (perfectly round and in really nice condition) to Qship (NICO member in CT) for $200 + shipping. Worked out great for both of us. Try to stick with something that either IS or looks stock.

Heel, I know the local Infiniti Dealership will sell me a set of 2002 Q45 rims for $1000 for 4 rims. You may wanna check out your local dealership and see if they have a set they want to sell.
