I'd recommend you spend some time reading through the threads on Murano pricing here at the NICOclub site, and at Edmunds. (URLs below. nissanmurano.org is also a great resource, but does not seem to have a pricing thread in their forums)
You should calculate the MSRP and Invoice price for the trim level and features you want (Edmunds is a great site for that) so you will not have to depend on a sales rep for that information.
I purchased my Murano at the end of November after seeing a number of folks on the forums claim getting $2000 UNDER INVOICE (and that was at a time that there were NO rebates or cash back deals, only 0% financing for 36 months). So I found the model I wanted, offered $2000 under invoice, and settled at $1800 under invoice plus getting the 0% financing deal. (I recall that was about $5500 under MSRP).
Not sure what is going on with pricing lately, I think Nissan may now have some cash back offers out there.
A local dealer (here in N. California) advertises every weekend for $4000 off MSRP on every Murano in stock.
Here are the threads you should review:

We've had our Murano for 5 months now, and remain absolutely delighted with it!
A little more homework (your posting here was a great start) and you will likely save thousands of dollars.
