How much should friend buy a 2.5 in NY?

I know people posted prices in the past but with the economyI'm wondering how much you think my friend should spend onone? One place said 21.3k. He's going to my salesman tomorrow& wants to know what price to be firm on. They had an oct. 0% APRoffer but when he asked they said it didnt apply to the coupe but thesedan.... Guess so.

Any help would be appreciated thanks in advance.

08 or 09?, didn't the pricing of the 09 coupe go up?

One place has an 08 for 19.5k.
