How much RPM is the JAPAN s13 tachometer have on the SR20DET?

why is the USA s13 RPM tachometer is less than JAPAN s13 RPM tachometer? USA runs at 8K and JAPAN runs at 9K.

He means that the tachometer gauge on the japanese/european/australian cluster shows the maximum number all the way to 9, while the US tachometer only goes up to 8. The redline on the US cluster only goes to 6900 rpm while the s13 sr20det cluster redlines to 7400 rpm. Different motors therefore different limits.
