How much power will i get ?

If i install these items on my 91 stock 240sx DOHC

-cold air intake-headers-catback system-test pipes

i just want a rough est of what id gain on the stock 155hp rating, thanks for your inputs.

I recall seing a thread like this the other day. I think the answer was about 15 horsepower. I agree with this analysis. Although there's no way you're making stock power to the wheels. But you probably knew that. Good luck with the mods!

I would only say like 5-10hp since the KA doesnt respond to mods very much at all.

Id say 150ish rwhp give or take a few.. And for torque it depends on what kinda header and exhaust your getting

thanks everyone for there kind replies, hmm...so it seems as tho it is almost not even worth modding the KA motor huh?, i guess sr20 is the key here, i didnt want to go that route for my daily driver tho. For a fast fun car i just drive the turbo z, that car is apples and oranges to a 240sx, although the 240sx seems alot sturdier chassis. I like both in there own special way, very happy with em, well enough of this rant. Thanks everyone for their help.

ka is definately worth modding.what four banger responds well to mods as simple as those? youre only going to get minimal hp gains on any na engine with mods like that be it honda, nissan, or anybody else.turbo your ka. it will respond very very well. it might be able to hang with your z eventually =)

I would say at least 10hp, but it is depens on which brand you use also. Come on, as long as you use right parts(descent ones) only header and intake can give 10hp. Just before you buy them search for the each parts and find out which brand is best for the ka motor!! Good luck! And if you are going to have some sort of dyno test after you put them on, make sure post them on here and share some info with other members!!

I meant he'd have 150rwhp. Not gain 150rwhp.. Sorry for the confusing wording..
