How Much Power Should I Expect?

I will be haing an SR swapped in very soon and I guess I wanted to confirm my suspicions as to how much power I should expect. I already have an estimate, but I figured I would get your opinion.

S13 SR Blacktop

- eBay air filter- stock T25 @ 7 PSI- Megan 2.75" turbo elbow- Megan 3" downpipe- Megan 3" test-pipe- HKS 85 mm Hi-Power exhaust- SMIC

I'd say 190 at the wheels (if that).

Project car mag 240sx did about 190 at iirc 10psi, but it was having boost issues to begin with (it was running at 5psi to begin with).
