Same here... The damn thing is hard to get off when it's hand tight. On a slightly related note, it's kind of cool that those K&N filter have the nut on the end so you can just take it off with a regular wrench.Kenrik wrote:Same here... yea even when i handtightened my k&n filter i had to use the wrench end to get em off.. so its defiantely very easy to overtighten those thingsBadMojo wrote:

thats great.. Back at Vo-tech, vehicle maintance class in high school, this one guy i knew filled the entire windshield washer fluid tank up with oil while doing an oil change.
