How much oil in RB20 transmission?

Since I'm really lazy at this point and I have limited room to work on the car. How many bottles do you need? 2.5? 3 bottles?

3 quarts is sufficient. 4 quarts will sometimes cause overflow...and the last thing you need is transmission fluid on the underside of your car...can cause fires.

2.75 litersanymore and its overfilled.this will cause slow/hard shifts.

The transmission should just be filled until the oil flows out of the fill hole, right?

Like Carl said the transmission takes just shy of 3 bottles. That bolt to fill it is a b**** to get off considering I have the motor already installed.~ANDREW~
