How much oil and transmission fluid.

I searched and couldent find it i know its sad its been a while since i did one so i forgot haha. Dont really drive the car much untill now:D How much oil do i need? and how much transmission fluid do i need? Also is it safe to run my HKS GT28rs turbo at 10 psi on my stock 370s? Thanks

well for transmission i usually put fluid in it till it starts driping from the top hole then i put the plug in. for sr i think it is 4 quarts, well that is how many i put, some say it is 3.5 quarts. i say put 3.5 then check the dip stick and go from there.

for transmission for me it was about 2.5 quarts
