How much money 200whp

My moms s2000 dynoed at 190 hp an 140tq. I figure if I get 200hp and 200tq my 4speed could hang. But I need to know how much should I realistically plan on spending to make that much horsepower. Still learning about the n/a's. Alot of people say not to mess with em, but other's like twistex have great success. I love the idea of all motor so depending on price I would rather stay away from a turbo system. Thanks
