Hello NICO Forum. I would like yo know your opinion on how much is my car worth? I've had this car for over 10 years and enjoyed every second of it. It is not in perfect condition. I was planning to get some work done on it but unfortunately that might no happen any time soon (got engaged and need cash  ) Someone with time and money can take care of this car more than i can...I want to sell it and want to know what it's worth. Your opinion is much appreciated.

About the car:
It is a manual 1998 240sx with Blacktop SR20DET (S15 turbo). It has MEGAN Catback Exuahust. Front suspension Eibach springs and shocks, rear suspension Apexi coilovers. Trunk doesnt open :nono: Please look at the pictures to see the condition.
Missing the front bumper.

You should get a crash bar and a front bumper, and sell it that way.

Also fixing a trunk latch isn't hard, usually fixed by bending a bracket somewhere back in place.

Also no info on mileage, or issues so I can't really appraise it other than from the pictures.

Cracked dash is pretty vicious. No front end safety at all. Some one can easily take your SMIC.

I'd pay 2500 or so and fix all the the issues.

But you could totally hype up the JDM swap and try to get some drift tax on that.

No sure how many people jump on swapped cars in Cali, so there is that.

I would think if you found the right kid who really wanted a turbo charged car you could get 5-7 for it. Ballpark anyways. You will be more likely to get that if you complete the body on the car and fix the trunk though. That small investment will go a long way. Even if its just flat black.

You're going to get considerably less, from most people, for a car that doesn't have a front bumper or cover, or trunk.

Get a bumper and cover, and fix the trunk. As it is, with the dash, and front end half missing, and trunk not opening, it's sort of junker status to most people. I'd only buy it if it cost less than the motor alone would, personally. Not because it's a horrible car that could never look good, but because it's at incomplete car you don't seem to care too much about.
