I just wanted to know how much would my car would be worth....

I am thinking about selling it but I'm not sure and if i do it, it wont be until the begining of july at least....

its's a 1992 240sx se fastback - 5 spd aztec red (awaiting black paint job) clean title

this motor has a little over 200k on the motor but a ka rebuild kit has been put on, and it runs like a champ. the motor is perfect, compression is normal. motor runs very strong. the exterior and interior are in flawless condition with the exception of little shopping cart dents that are un-noticeable, but they will be taken out when i get the paint job. this car is really clean. heres the list of mods that i have. these are brand new in box with the exception of a couple products that are installed.

Do-Luck Style Vented Headlight Cover Tein HE Coilovers - installed only driven less then 100 miles on them...Cusco Front OS Strut Bar Cusco Rear OS Strut Bar Cusco Rear Triangle Bar Greddy Aluminum Shift Knob (Red) Cusco Spin Knob HKS HiPower CatBacK Exhaust ....installedPivot Headlight Control Unit 180SX Kouki Type X Tail Lights KA24DE Rebuild Kit ...installedC's Shortshifter Whiteline Front Sway Bar Whiteline Rear Sway Bar Bosch H4 Headlights Lens & Bulbs Blitz Radiator Cap Plug Wire Set / Spark Plugs Do-Luck Rear Cross Bar (RXB) Do-Luck Rear Ladder Bar Tomei Hicas Eliminator ....installedGreddy Aluminum Shift Knob (Blue) JSPEC S13 Front Ladder Bar Apexi SAFC (version I) Black Vinyl Door Inserts Sparco Hood Pins (Silver) URAS Clear Winkers & Lenses URAS 180SX Side MarkersAlphasonic or Hifonics Amp (i forgot which one)2-10'' subs (forgot the name, but will look it up later at your request) the subs are in a custom speaker box to fit the hatch..New speakers all around (forgot the name too)Viper alarm (retails for 200) very new not installed because i still have my old viper alarm installedSony Explod Deck brand new,no scratches very jdm ;)KYB GR-2 Shocks ...in my room Eibach sportline springs...in my roomEndless -Vita Nuova Sport/Street brake Pads (front only)

and the products that dont have anything next to it means its new in the box... and if you're asking why i have all these parts , I liquidated my mutual funds, because the stock market was going to shiet....

I just wanted to know if someone could give me a rough estimate of how much my car is worth, I would like to sell the car complete because its a bietch to do the ebay thing or try to sell it piece by piece... i havent even driven for the past month since i've installed my coilovers... I've been driving my sisters camry and my moms car around.

That's a LOT of aftermarket parts. It's hard to determine what it's worth, but it also depends on if you are getting the paint job before you sell. Also the picture did not work. The mods are probably worth more than the car itself, so you might want to consider parting, you'd probably get more $$. If you end up doing that, let me know, I might be interested in the car and some of the parts if this deal I'm working now doesn't pan out. I'll be back in Sacto in 2 weeks:D

wow. i'd start off at like 4500 or something at least. but remember, it is still an 11 year old car. you wont get that much out of it i doubt. but what do i know.

oh i drive my sisters camry alot and i'm waiting to put new bushings in, so i figure i might as well not drive it until i get the bushings replaced.

i just wanna sell it because i've never had a new car and i want something new! im pre-approved up to 25k for a new car and if i sell my car i'll have like at least 6k+ minimum in cash plus whatever is in my bank hopefully.... so i could get something pretty nice with 32k... but im not sure what i would get since theres so many tempting cars out there...

well i said i was thinking about selling it, im not 100% sure... i'm still iffy on the whole thing, because i need about 10k more and the car will be complete.

but thanks guys for the feedback!!;D

wow 5k thats beyond ****ty! i might as well keep it and finish it, it took me so much time and money to get all those parts.. especially the tailights and coilovers...i would be losing out on alot if i sold it for that much...i might as well order my motor soon and start building it up ;D

edit: and does anybody know the answer to this question... whats the average price for a used latch and shipped? (the latch that opens the hood from the drivers seat) if you know please pm me

You never get your money back after installing aftermarket parts on a car. And getting your money fully back on new parts in the box, won't happen either. I'd say 5K tops as well, and thats if you part it out ... maybe 3.5-4K in a package. But thats just my opinion.

thats also my opinion...but keep in mind the prices your hearing are a rough estimate, theres always someone out there whos probly willing to buy your car at a higher price, you can always advertise it at a set price(the price you would like to get), and if it doesnt sell, then keep it and finish it

well i was under the impression that you werent relaly looking forward to selling your car, and like i said before, youll like it a lot more once you're done with her, a nice sense of joy, but i guess put her up for sale, and if u cant get what u want, then keep her
