I have a 1992 240sx. It's automatic with 170k. Overall it's in decent shape. The PO painted the wheels black and tinted the tail lights. The PO also replaced the transmission. The only after market upgrade is a cd player. Inspected until 07/11. From what I'm told it has the more desirable front end. It's also 4 lug.

Bad- has a small dent in the rear quarter panel. Drivers window does not work. Makes an odd noise when making tight turns.

Will post pics later.

Thank you

Depends on a few things other then the problems

Engine condition, frame rail condition, and how clean. Sound like the suspension is worn out, and needs some window work. Which could be a regulator or power amp is electric. I would say 800-1400 unless its uber clean

Welcome to Nico!

Never believe any work unless any receipts are shown. The car passes emission so this is one sign parts have been change and a partial upkeep has been done.

If you paid 2000 for it, you got a steal. Avg price if what you are saying is true with the different front end, if put on correctly, goes for around 2500-3000

Anything around or upwards of 3000-4000 if in nice shape maybe but also may have been over priced.

LETS SEE PICS!

Hard to drift tax it since its auto, and i think what he means by more attractive front end is the chuki not the piggy, no conversion prob. With 170k and body work etc i wouldn't pay over $2000 and tat would be if it was in good shape. But i also wouldn't even consider it because i don't personally feel like swapping trans when i could just wait and buy a manual.

What is drift tax? lolol I'm in Tucson, AZ and I've never heard of it.
I don't think I'd pay more than 2000 for an s13. And definitely not an auto one.

Also keep in mind that you are asking the group likely to pay the least for a 240. I'm not saying you'll get significantly more than what others have posted, but any enthusiast worth his salt probably knows about 2 or 3 cars for sale locally at any given point in time.

No pics, cant quote. Frame rail photos, drivers side wheel well photos, and shock tower photos a must.
