How much HP does stock CA18 put to the wheels?

i was just wondering? I know it makes about 175HP at the crank, anybody know any numbers?

somewhere in the 140-150 range I would think.

Yeah, its not like it throws down a huge amount of power stock but come on, who puts one of those engines in their car and keeps it stock? The best thing about the CA is it's potential, its a great engine that is far too often overlooked for the seemingly glorious SR...bah, SR is a step backwards from the CA in every way except displacement...which isnt even really an issue.(Nathan steps off of his soapbox now)

When I had mine about 4yrs ago it dyno'd at 189 to the rear wheels. the only mods I had were, turbo off of a red top SR, downpipe,still had the stock cat, into the old HKS Dragger exhaust. It wasn't retuned for the new turbo or anything like that. Just slapped on and drove it.

yea, im really debating on either the SR or the CA... I have a 89 Coupe, I think that i am leaning more toward CA because of the potential
