i think if you unbolt the seat and somehow put it in the hatch area you can save a lot of weight:ylsuper

if you go to fast without neon and stickers, they wont let you race anymore at the strip. those tech inspectors are really harsh.

also, i assume you have matching floor mats in the back. if you dont your car will be unbalanced and understeer horribly. common ricer mistake.

Does anyone know where i can purchase OEM Floor mats?

Also, who sells SR20det motors?

Did anyone ever purchase from Flashoptions.com?

Where can i get a Z32 MAFS?

And whats a 'standalone ecu'?

thanks.

the best place for oem floormats is pepboyz not to be confused with pep boys.

what an sr20det?

flashoptions? thats pretty ot isnt it? mods? hello?

try randmcnally.com

one thats not bolted down. just pull one off a junkyard neon. common mod for like 7-8 hp and an extra 1000rpm. only bad side is it causes oil leaks like crazy.

dunno, i run invisible pulleys that i made myself

get a flywheel from an auto. its way lighter than even the best aftermarket unit. weighs like 2lbs for real.

your welcome

You don't want to know which blow off valve makes the loudest sound?

Jesse? OMG.... :slap

You know...I heard that the turbine from a bell helicopter is direct fit for the SR20DET. It's supposed to be like a R&R bolt on type deal. You might look into that instead or retrofitting the VTEC head...but that would be swEEt too!

I heard you can hit 11's in the 1/4 if you mount a B16A in the trunk of your 240 and hook it up to the rear wheel drive.

First off you need to get rid of the AC compressor pulley, it's way to weak to handle that kinda HP. If you shave one tooth off the belt of the supercharger you'll gain 5in lbs of torque.

But if you do that you'll have to upgrade your front halfshafts to take the extra power the power steering pump is putting down.

Flash Options are great place to get you your motor shipped to your nearest port with free goodie bag and floormats, they have shop in atlanta settup to ship motor shop for shipping. Motors are A-1 good with and great customer serving

You can get the Vtec hooked up if you get the VVTi controller from a Sentra Type R and use the LS1 block guard.

And a standalone ECU is one you can stand up against the wall and it will 'stand alone' (hence the name.... can't beleive you couldn't figure that one out on your own).

BTW 7psi is WAY to much to be running on just a shift knob.... you really need to invest in a new AEM fuel filter to suport that old KA fuel pump. I also heard that the aeroquip lines they sell at PepBoys with the hose clamp built into the end of them will help your fuel system out greatly.

goodluck, your pushing the limits of SR tunning, let us know what you can come up with.

oh, you really need to upgrade your radiator to a fiberglass front mount lookalike. I read in Sports Ricer Car that the SR20DET is like an RB26DETTT with a 2JZ head on it and 4 cylinders choped off then 2 stuck back on it. Also why do I have to run water in my radiator, wouldnt' engine oil be safer?

Last can I run the IC pipes into the radiator because it looks like it would be better at cooling air than water?

Why are you so worried about the 1/4 mile? everybody knows that real men run the 1/8th
