How much for new front seat assembly? Will a UDM work on a JDM?

The seat creaking is driving me nuts, how much do the assembly's generally retail for?

Its for an 03, will the UDM one be 'reversed' or should it work my car?

Nissan here wants to charge me a fortune.

I would think the "USDM" version would be reversed. Are your drivers-side controls on the left side or the right side of the seat? They are on the right-side of the seat on the US models
